Leta Woodham was loved by many who attended Florida Bible Camp over the years. Especially by John D. Arnold who was at one time the Director. Leta Woodham for many years worked with him as his camp nurse. Thank you so much Leta Woodham for your service.

 We honor

Leta Ray Woodham, 91, of South Daytona, born December 12th, 1929 was promoted to her eternal reward Sunday morning July 18th, 2021. She was one of eight children born to John & Lula Mae Harper in Coffeeville Alabama. She graduated high school in 1948 after being elected Homecoming queen and president of her senior class. She received her RN degree from St. Margaret school of nursing in Montgomery Alabama.

She is survived by her loving husband Emelle Woodham of 67 years, her daughter Renee Fulp, (Chester) of Bryan Texas, son Philip Woodham, (Nancy) of New Smyrna Beach FL, three grandchildren Allison Holmes (Nathan) of New Braunfels Texas, Samantha Fulp of San Antonio Texas, April Fulp of San Antonio Texas, along with two great grand children Porter & Basil, one brother William Harper, (Faye) of Jackson Alabama and a multitude of nieces and nephews. As an RN she worked in the Daytona Beach area for various doctors and GE after moving here in 1957. She was hired as an office nurse for Dr. Al Monaco and helped him along with Katherine (Kit) Johnson and others set up the infield medical center at the Daytona International Speedway where she continued working along with her other nursing duties for 42 years. She was a faithful member of the church of Christ at the Beville Rd congregation. She was a dedicated servant of God, dedicated wife, mother and grandmother to her family. Leta loved RV'ing and traveling the country with her husband.

850 Beville Road, Daytona Beach, Fl 32114 at 12:00 NOON, August 28, 2021.
